We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Customer Service Executive to support our Design & Production operations. This role ensures seamless coordination between clients, design, production (print, promo, branding etc), and sales; from brief to final delivery. The ideal candidate understands the pace, precision, and detail required in a print environment and is confident managing multiple live jobs at once.
More about the Day to Day:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, briefs, and job updates
- Prepare accurate quotations based on specifications, materials, finishes, and production requirements
- Follow up on all jobs within and without to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Liaise with design, production, and sales teams on job progress and client feedback
- Track job status, manage revisions, and communicate changes clearly
- Ensure smooth handover from quotation to production to delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a design agency, print, signage, branding or packaging environment (strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of print processes, materials, timelines, and production workflows
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail — particularly in costing and job specifications
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously with accuracy and urgency
- Proficiency in Excel and job tracking systems
