Amid Kenya's 2023 cost-of-living crisis threatening the spirit of sharing, Sunrice, synonymous with generosity, aimed to remind Kenyans of their resilient culture; we transformed a billboard into a shareable table in Nairobi, promoting kindness and communal sharing during the festive season through the #ShareTheTable campaign, resulting in over 4 million reach, 9 million impressions, and a 26% lift in sales.

KFC Kenya

In 2021, KFC Kenya faced backlash over potato shortages revealing imports despite local sourcing; in 2025, we reclaimed the narrative via "Influencer Journalism" using trusted voices to authentically showcase KFC's local sourcing story, reframing the brand as invested in Kenya and achieving 60,620 reach, 116,380 impressions, 10,000 engagements, and $5,525 SMV.

To embody Dove's purpose of real beauty through active participation, we launched the "Real Beauty in Motion" campaign as a living manifesto, organizing East Africa's first indoor mall run at Sarit Centre in partnership with FitBeat Wellness and SmashFit Gym, featuring a community-focused event with a scenic loop, high-energy boot camp, and shareable activation stand; this purpose-led pilot engaged over 300 in-person participants, generated organic Instagram stories and mentions, achieved a 2.17% engagement rate surpassing industry benchmarks, and created a powerful feedback loop of participation, conversation, and brand love validation.

Faced with waterproofing products that required professional application and weren't DIY-friendly, DuraCoat introduced AquaTech Rainshield, Kenya's first tintable waterproofing paint applied like ordinary paint; we distinctively launched it to connect with the target audience and drive consideration through a humorous TVC featuring star Peter Marangi, resulting in increased market awareness, retailer traffic, positive sentiments, and features in global marketing articles.
